Vision, Motion, and I/O Control Unified in a Single Compact Platform

The AR100 is purpose-built for robotics and automated guided vehicle deployments where compute, motion control, sensing, and network connectivity must coexist in one compact unit. Intel Panther Lake Core Ultra Series 3 processors running at up to 5.1 GHz across 6 to 16 cores handle the real-time control logic and inference workloads that define modern robot brains, while 2 CAN FD ports and 16DI/16DO with 10K isolation connect directly to drives, encoders, and actuators without an external motion controller. An onboard BMI088 IMU and MIPI CSI interface with GMSL module support bring environmental awareness and camera integration onto the same board, eliminating the integration overhead that typically comes with sourcing these capabilities separately.

Dense Multi-Protocol Connectivity for Complex Robot Architectures

5 Intel i210 GbE LAN ports handle multi-subnet communication across robot subsystems, vision systems, and upstream controllers simultaneously. Six serial ports spanning RS-232 and RS-485 cover the legacy device layer, while four USB 3.2 Type-C ports — one of which supports DisplayPort output — provide high-speed peripheral connectivity and display extension from a single connector type. Internal M.2 slots accommodate Wi-Fi and 4G/5G wireless expansion, and onboard 3.3V, 5V, 12V, and 24V power outputs supply downstream devices directly from the platform without additional power conversion hardware.

Reliable Operation in Demanding Deployed Environments

The AR100 accepts a wide 9 to 36V DC input and operates continuously across 0 to 60°C, covering the thermal range of indoor and semi-outdoor robotics deployments. An onboard 256G SSD, RTC battery, and 65,536-level programmable watchdog timer ensure continuous, self-recovering operation through power interruptions and unattended software faults. Windows 10/11, CentOS 8, and Ubuntu 20.04/22.04 are all supported out of the box.
