Future Robot Global Warranty and RMA Policy

Thank you for choosing Future Robot products. To ensure a streamlined support experience, please review our warranty and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) guidelines below.

1. Warranty Period

Future Robot provides a standard two-year warranty for our products, commencing from the original ship date. For peripheral devices and components not manufactured by Future Robot, the original manufacturer warranty policies shall apply unless otherwise specified. Machine chassis are excluded from the standard warranty. If physical defects are found upon unboxing, please contact your sales representative immediately for a replacement.

2. RMA Request Process

All returns must be authorized and accompanied by a completed RMA application form. Returning defective units without a valid RMA form will not be accepted. To ensure a smooth process, please describe the problems encountered in detail on the form. Vague entries such as "does not work" are not acceptable.

3. Data and Accessories Management

It is highly recommended to back up your data before sending the physical defective unit. Future Robot is not responsible for data backup, recovery, or transfer. Please remove any added-on components or unauthorized software from the defective board. If accessories are required for troubleshooting, they must be explicitly listed on the RMA request form. Future Robot is not responsible for any items not listed.

4. Exclusions from Warranty

The standard warranty does not apply if:

  • The product has been found to be defective after expiry of the warranty period.
  • The product has been misused, abused, or subjected to unauthorized disassembly or modification.
  • Damage is caused by an unsuitable physical or operating environment, unstable power supply, or static electricity.
  • The product is damaged beyond repair due to a natural disaster such as a lightning strike, flood, or earthquake.
  • The original product serial number has been altered, defaced, or removed.

5. Service Charges and Shipping

For a product excluded from warranty protection, service claims will be charged based on component costs. The return fee to an authorized repair facility will be at the customer's expense.

6. Extended Warranty Service

Future Robot offers extended warranty services where parts and labor are fully covered, maintaining the same service quality as the standard warranty period.

  • 1 Year Extension (3 Years Total): 5% of the original purchase price.
  • 2 Year Extension (4 Years Total): 8% of the original purchase price.
  • 3 Year Extension (5 Years Total): 12% of the original purchase price.
