Alder Lake-P Performance in a 4-Inch SBC
The RXE-5300 brings Intel 12th generation Alder Lake-P processing to a 165 x 115mm 4-inch single-board computer, delivering the multi-core performance and Intel Iris Xe Graphics capability of the P-series platform within a 45W TDP envelope. Dual-channel DDR4 memory up to 64 GB provides the bandwidth for data-intensive edge workloads, and the onboard M.2 M-Key slot supports PCIe 4.0 storage for applications where local data throughput matters. Three independent display outputs spanning DP, HDMI, and eDP/LVDS support simultaneous multi-screen configurations directly from the board.

Direct I/O Access and Flexible Wireless Expansion
Six USB 3.0 ports and 2 PoE-capable Intel i210 GbE LAN ports handle the full peripheral and network connectivity layer without an external hub or switch. CAN Bus 2.0 A/B support covers direct integration with motor drives, sensors, and other fieldbus devices common in robotics and AGV deployments. Internal M.2 E-Key and B-Key slots accommodate Wi-Fi and 4G wireless expansion without adding cables to the enclosure, and a BTB connector exposes additional PCIe x1, USB 2.0, TTL, and eSPI signals for custom carrier integration.

Industrial-Grade Reliability for Embedded Deployments
The RXE-5300 accepts 9 to 36V DC input and operates continuously from minus 25 to 60°C, with an extended storage range down to minus 40°C covering the thermal demands of outdoor and semi-industrial deployments. A 65,536-level programmable watchdog timer and optional TPM 2.0 protect against unattended software faults and unauthorized access. CE and FCC certification covers regulated industrial environments, with Windows 10/11, CentOS 8, and Ubuntu 20.04/22.04 all supported out of the box.
