Server-Grade GPU Acceleration at the Edge

When an industrial deployment requires massive machine vision processing alongside large-scale logic control, standard IPCs become the bottleneck. The E530A is engineered to house discrete GPUs up to the RTX 4080, transforming the edge node into a high-performance inference engine. Paired with 6 GbE LAN ports, 32 channels of digital I/O, and dual PCIe expansion (Gen3 x16 and Gen2 x4), engineers have the architectural headroom to run complex AI workloads and real-time motion control seamlessly on a single, unified platform. The internal M.2 slot supports 4G/5G and Wi-Fi module expansion.

When industrial applications require high-performance frame grabbers, motion control cards, or specialized accelerators, the core processing foundation must be able to keep up. Powered by 10th and 11th generation Intel Core processors, these scalable platforms provide the essential computational bandwidth to drive demanding add-on cards. With robust processing and dual-channel DDR4 memory, this architecture ensures that high-speed data ingested from external expansion modules is processed seamlessly, preventing system bottlenecks.

Wall-Mount Ready, 3 Displays Supported

The platform installs directly on the control cabinet wall without a rack enclosure. 1 DP, 1 HDMI, and 1 VGA output support 3 independent displays simultaneously, covering operator HMI, process monitoring, and diagnostics on separate screens from a single unit. Passive cooling keeps operation quiet and maintenance-free at temperatures from 0 to 50°C with airflow.

High Reliability

The platform accepts DC 24V input with an optional UPS module, while the cable-free modular internal architecture and watchdog timer ensure continuous operation through power fluctuations and software faults alike.
