The RXE-8200 integrates Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors within a 125 x 95mm module footprint, delivering a generational leap in multi-core performance and AI inference capability over previous COM generations. 4-channel LPDDR5X memory up to 64 GB provides the memory bandwidth required by data-intensive edge AI and machine vision workloads, while the onboard 256G SSD eliminates the need for a separate storage device on the carrier board. A 9 to 36V wide-voltage DC input and 65,536-level programmable watchdog timer cover the reliability requirements of deployed industrial environments.
High-Density BTB Expansion for Custom Carrier Integration
2 200-pin high-speed BTB connectors expose the full I/O capability of the Core Ultra platform to the carrier board, including PCIe lanes, USB, LAN, serial interfaces, display outputs via LVDS or eDP up to 4096 x 2304 at 60Hz, and SMBus, giving system integrators the bandwidth and signal diversity to design carrier boards tailored to specific application requirements without routing constraints.
Industrial-Grade Reliability for Embedded Deployments
The RXE-8200 operates continuously across 0 to 60°C with a programmable watchdog timer protecting embedded applications against unattended software faults. An onboard RTC battery ensures accurate timekeeping through power interruptions. CE and FCC certification covers deployment in regulated industrial environments, with Windows 10/11, CentOS 8, and Ubuntu 20.04/22.04 all supported out of the box.
